In the Young People Hotels system, the atmosphere is really very particular and we owe it to the staff itself. People who are kind, who listen to your requests, who know how to get you to join the fun with other guys and girls with an incredible enthusiasm but also know how to respect the rules to be followed 'coz we are in a 3 star class hotel and the service is always kept up to that standard.
Of course all our staff is multilingual: english is a standard and some speak german, too!

Fun, yes but SECURITY is paramount.
